"I would just like to say how impressed I am with the customer service at Peninsula Pet Supplies. I placed an order a while back and received my order minus the Kitty Charmers with a message to say it was out of stock (which was fine). Not long after I received an email saying it could take a while for the toy to come in and I was welcome to a refund if I preferred. I said I'd wait and today, (I had actually forgotten about it!) I received the Kitty Charmer toy along with a lovely letter apologising once again for the delay and 3 gifts plus a free postage voucher for my next order over $20.
My cat loves the kitty charmer (he just raced through the lounge with it!) and Greenies are one of his favourite treats. So thank you so much for going above and beyond with your customer service, a lot of companies need to take a leaf out of your book!
