3. Entry is restricted to customers who spend $50 or more.
4. To enter, spend $50 or more & you will be automatically entered in the prize draw.
5. Customers will receive one entry per $50 spent.
6. Prize: The first valid entry drawn will receive a GVA Digital Set Top Box and DVD Player, combined RRP $110.
7. The promotion will commence 1st Feb 2010 and conclude on March 31st 2010 at 5pm.
8. The prize draw will take place at Peninsula Pet Supplies, 5 Everard Street Bute SA 5560 on April 1st 2010 and the winner notified by telephone & mail.
9. The prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash.
10. The promotor is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury to entrants sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
